Qualifications:
 MS or BS in Computer Science

 Familiar with Linux and Windows development environment
 Experience with C++ application development
 Excellent knowledge of Object-oriented design and programming

Oct 21, 2008, NeuLion Inc. ("Jump TV" or the "Company") (CA:JTV: news, chart, profile) (AIM: JTV), a leading broadcaster of live and on-demand sports and international television over the Internet, announced the closing of their previously announced merger (the "Transaction").
