职位说明： Program Goal:
DMI are seeking for someone who has great interest in marketing field. We will give the trainee a position shift to train them in every function of marketing fields. Our target is to arm the trainee with great marketing experience & strongly training, for promote the trainee to be a Senior Account Manager in 2 years. We offer the superior payment and fast-pace promotion for the trainee position. We may also offer the oversea training once the trainee got promotion to JAM.

Position: Marketing Trainee [Base on Shanghai]

Career Path: Marketing Trainee-- Junior Account Manager --- Senior Account Manager

Duties:
1 Help the account manager to accomplish the project.
2 Marketing strategy planning & creative proposal composing..
3 Coordinating work internal and external.
4 Junior sales work-premium, printing, proposal, database, tele-sales.
5 Account service work for the global clients.
6 Handle part of the legal & commercial issues. [Contracts, agreements & cooperation terms].
7 coordinate HK office and Shanghai office account service issue.

Requirements:
1 Aggressive & perfectionists. We need our job done perfectly.
2 Familiar with advertisement, luxury goods, banking, FMCG, IT, logistics industry.
Shall know the Fortune 500 Company & sub-brands generally.
3 Strong socializing skills.
Most of the time you will negotiate and coordinate with the clients the global colleagues.
4 Leadership & entrepreneurship.
The ones who got position & experience in Univ. Student Union, Community or Social work are highly preferred.
5 Original & creative.
You shall be creative, because you’ll be involved in the ad design & proposing usually.
6 Solid marketing knowledge.
Multi-national company intern experience or marketing degree is preferred.
7 Strong English communication ability. English is the main work language.
CET-6 is a must.
8 Result & efficiency oriented.
