This means that you will be thoroughly trained in technical knowledge, administrative and financial skills, management and Leadership. We offer you the opportunity to fill, management trainee positions in our hotel operations or Regional Offices.
The objective of the Management Trainee Program is to give you a strong foundation to prepare you for long-term success as a leader with Starwood. Your training will give you a well-rounded understanding of the hotel and your chosen field. The design and length of the program should ensure a strong building block from which to grow. You will continually learn and grow to ensure you will make contributions to the job and add value to our organization.
