职位说明： Job Profile:
• Providing the content lead on projects involving strong functional expertise and domain knowledge.
• Strong understanding of statistical techniques, analytical skills and demonstrated ability to solve complex data related problems creatively. Working experience with multiple tools (like Excel, VBA, SPSS, SAS, MATLAB, etc.) and databases.
• Client communication and ensuring client expectations are met through the deliverables
• Participate in the business development activities (offshore) for each of the clients you are assigned to.
• Since Evalueserve is a rapidly growing firm, there are several internal challenges to streamline the processes and systems. You will have ample opportunities to take initiatives. These include infrastructure management, knowledge management, PR activities etc.
Job Specifications:
• Education from premier institutes, preferably in statistics, operations research, computer applications or engineering or an MBA or equivalent from the top tier management schools.
• Should have analytical bent of mind and generate technical solutions for specific business problems.
• Strong understanding of statistical techniques (e.g. statistics, econometrics, mathematics, optimization), analytical skills and demonstrated ability to solve business problems using analytics solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team management skills, good verbal and written communication skills and proven delivery skills.
